Yes, I've done some MS43 ecu's with supercharger so there would be no problems helping you out.

Which fuel are you about to run at? 98 octane gasoline or do you have E85 ethanol fuel in Greece?

I will need some more info about the supercharger if you know approx when it starts boost at which revs etc.

Also I Think you should get an adjustable fue lpressure regulator if you dont have one yet - cause that will help you to finetune mixture as you are testdriving to get a good result.
