Hello everyone,
First of all let me introduce myself:
My name is Ivan and I operate trackinspired.com. Please excuse me that I am writing in English but I don't speak Greek. I hope that someone will translate my post in Greek so it can be accessible for all of you.
I used Google Translate service to translate your posts. That is why I am not sure if I understood everything correct.
We are really trying to keep all prices including shipping charges to the lowest possible since we started our activity in 2007. I understand your concerns about Vorsteiner shipping price but do not blame us - we work with DB Schenker which so far offered us the lowest prices for air freight. And shipping from USA is not as cheap as all of us want to.
I've also noticed that you've mentioned Breyton wheels. Consider free shipping for all Breyton wheels to Thessaloniki and flexible payment options (please ask). Call it another evidence that we are trying to keep prices as low as possible and profit from good service not surcharges.
I want also to explain why we do not keep Vorsteiner items in stock. Its a good chance that we are neighbours. But what about the rest of Europe, for example orders from Belgium? Shipping is cheaper if we send it directly from California to Belgium rather than to ship it to Bulgaria and then return it back to Belgium. There are also another reasons for utilizing this items delivery model, for example different VAT surcharge in each EU country.
In conclusion I want to appologize to the administrators that I am posting partially commrecial message. It is not my intend to break any established board rules, just want to clear the issue.
Should you have any questions I will be glad to answer each and every one of you.
Greetings from Sofia
