[E46] Πρόβλημα clima

Καλησπέρα,τις τελευταίες μέρες παρατήρησα εκτός του οτι ακόμα και στους 16c το clima δεν αποδίδει όπως παλιά(δεν έχω ελέγξει βέβαια το φρεον) οτι ενώ απο τους αεραγογους στη μέση βγάζει κρύο στα πόδια και στο παρμπρίζ βγάζει ζεστό.
Στο auto πάλι βγάζει στη μέση κρύο κ στα αλλα ζεστό όπως και στη δοκιμή που έκανα κ στο καθένα μεμονωμένα.
Φακιρης???(δεν εχει αλαχτει ποτέ.150.000km)
Πάνελ clima?? η κάτι άλλο?

Επανέρχομαι στο παραπάνω θέμα μιας και ακόμα δεν το έχω λύσει.πηρα από ebay μεταχειρισμένη βαλβίδα καλοριφέρ την έβαλα πάνω αλλά τίποτα και σκεφτηκα ότι μπορεί να έχει πρόβλημα και αυτή οπότε έβαλα μια από e46 φίλου που ήταν μια χαρά και μου έκανε τα ίδια,οπότε βαλβίδα καλοριφέρ αποκλείστηκε,δοκίμασα καινούργιους αισθητήρες θερμοκρασίας (αυτοί που είναι πίσω από το πάνελ του κλιματισμού)τα ίδια,δοκίμασα άλλο πάνελ κλιματισμού πάλι τα ίδια.
Όταν ανάβω και τα τρία (Τζαμια,μέση,πόδια)μπροστά βγάζει κρύο και πάνω κ κάτω ζεστό,όταν ανάβω μόνο το μεσαίο στο κέντρο βγάζει χλιαρό και στον οδηγό και το συνοδηγό πιο κρύο.
Μπορεί κάποιος να με βοηθεισει στο παρακάτω γιατί τα Αγγλικά μου είναι πολύ μέτρια και απο ότι κατάλαβα είχε ακριβώς το ίδιο πρόβλημα-πως το έλυσε?we had the same issue here on an E46 318I....when a/c on and face vents selected, warm air from centre vents only....freezing cold on outer vents, when face, screen and feet selected, nice and cold on all face vents, cold on screen and warm on feet....we removed dash, "modified" the heater box and shazam...problem fixed, my customer too had replaced the heater control valve, control module(heater/ac controls) at anther indies' advise......it seems, reading all the posts regarding this issue....alot of people have the problem but there is no definitive repair listed for it......where the cable that runs from the centre vents ( the little dial with the blue and red dots on it) and connects to the inner flap, there is another flap that is inside the heater box, it swings by itself and is controlled by air speed and sort of runs off the flap the cable connects to.....it closes off the port from the heater core.....now...if the heater valve is working correctly, the heater core should not be "hot hot"....but it is still warm (compared to evaporator temp)...this flap sticks open, allowing both cold and warm air to the vents....because of the way the vnts are set-up from the heater box to the dash vents, the rearward side of this outlet is the cold side and the rearward connecting vents are the side vents, so it makes out the sides are cold and centre warm....its actually a mixture of air temps coming from heater box as little flap is not closing off heater core side....solution....free up flap then on the back of the main flap from the hot/cold dial, attach (glue) a small piece of plastic ( we used a 10mm plastic spacer)....then when the flap is moved, it "nudges" the swing flap earlier, gives it a bit more impetus to move and will not stick up again.....hope this helps anyone with the issue....
