"To your system. The TM20 is a very large supercharger and quite too large for your engine, but possible. The question is what boost pressure you want to achieve.
What I can tell, without changing the cylinder head screws and reducing the compression of the engine you should not run over 0,6bar boost pressure. Without changes more is a high risk and you get many problems. Also many changes on other parts like injectors and ignition coils are needed.
The costs of the programming are 1199,- EUR + extra fee of 200,- EUR for extreme engine + travel costs. That means total costs of 1400,- EUR for programming + travel costs + parts cost if you want to buy the parts from me.
If you want to stay below 0,6bar boost pressure it is easier and that is what I assume you want to have, because you did not make changes to the engine yet.
Following changes must be done
- Injectors (if you stay below 0,5bar boost pressure no changes are necessary)
- MAF-Sensor (you can also keep the stock MAF-Sensor, but then the programming has a limited quality and you have not so much power, because above the engine power of round about 310PS the engine runs unregulated. Possible and I can program, but not so good because I have to program reserves that costs power. For the greek market, that means only for street use in greek (not for motorsports on the track) the MAF-Sensor is not so important because of your speed limits on the streets. The reason is, the full load of the engine and the dangerous temperatures you reach only when you are running with full load (wide open throttle) on high speed for a few km or highest acceleration from the third gear up to the top speed . That means for example 5km with speeds over 220 km/h or accelerating from 100km/h to the top speed. I do not know if you plan to drive like this in greek neither it is possible, but for accelerating up to 200km/h with highest speed I can give you full power without a new MAF-sensor because you do not need the reserves.
- Fuel pressure regulator (might be, I do not know which one you have yet. But most of the supercharger kits are delivered with a cheap and wrong pressure regulator)
A detailed part list and a calculation what pulley you need I make after having your order to program your car.
For a order you have to sign a contract and have to prepay 250,- EUR.
Important: The 250,- EUR prepayment you wonΆt receive back if you cancel the order after having signed. The prepayment is for my consulting and the knowledge you receive, and protects me a bit that other tuners receive my knowledge for nothing (there are not many tuners, that can program and built up a complete supercharger system, even G-Power or other great tuners have big problems). I hope you can understand this."
