006: maybe it's simply not a sure thing. Any sort of doubt is definitely going to
007: set us back." Even with today's downdraft, stocks are still set for historic
008: gains; the Dow industrials are on pace for the biggest monthly point gain in
009: its 115-year history. The DJIA is down 196 after recently falling as much as
