I canΆt believe no one had this info well here is some photos and how to do.
Only do this if you have not taken off the crank timing gear pulley.
Take you timing belt off and take spark plug out of cyl number 3 use a little wooden stick and turn the crank so that all pistons are half way down the cylinders by using a socket wrench on the 22 mm bolt at the end of crank.
When done turn the cam shaft until the marks as per photo line up at marks carefully when you turn it shouldnΆt jam or make any noise if so you may need to wind the pistons down more, also even when you have the cam in correct position it still may move due to spring tension.
Once the cam is right, turn the crank to the alignment marks if it will not turn one way turn in the reverse direction so the marks from crank on the block line up.
Refit timing belt and retention then wind the crank over and over to check that.
IT DOESN"T JAM UP AT ALL
IT DOESN"T MAKE ANY NOISES
THEN DO IT AS MAY TIMES AS YOU CAN BEFORE YOU ARM FAILS OFF DOUBLE CHECK RECHECK
WIND THE ENGINE OVER WITH STARTER MOTER CHECK AGAIN
IF all ok try to start normally and listen and all should be good luck.

Αν κατάλαβα καλά τοποθετείς τα σημάδια στις τροχαλίες με τα σημάδια στο μπλόκ, περνάς τον ιμάντα, βιδώνεις τεντωτήρα και καθάρισες?
