πρόβλημα με Nissan Νavara

Φίλε μου μάλλον τσάμπα στα πήρε τα λεφτά ο τεχνικός, εγώ έχω το D40 και είχα ακριβώς το ίδιο πρόβλημα μετά τα 100.000-105.000 χλμ. Μετά από ελέγχους, αντιπροσωποιες και "τεχνικούς" το πρόβλημα συνέχισε να υπάρχει. Έτσι αποφάσισα να το ψάξω λίγο στο νετ και τελικά βρήκα τη λύση. Το αυτοκίνητο έμπαινε σε "safe mode" έπρεπε να κάνεις "ρεσετ" στην ηλεκτρονική μονάδα ελέγχου. Παρακάτω παραθέτω αυτά που βρήκα και πως θα κάνεις ρεσετ. Όταν το έκανα το αυτοκίνητο πέταγε!
Συγνώμη που είναι στα αγγλικά αλλά δεν προλαβαίνω να κάνω μετάφραση!


Had the same problem at 98000km, after analysis it seemed to be the fuel pressure sensor. Brought it in and was dealt with for about 200 euro's. The point where it cuts out is the limp mode indeed. Just a safe mode not to spoil your engine.

I have been struggling with the truck (d40 2006) for a couple of weeks, low power in all gears untill revs upto around 2500-3000 then some power returns, checked all the usual items and did ecu fuel pump resets.

Nothing seemed to work , we then ran it with the air filter off, worked a dream. Removed the airfilter box and looked inside the wing. There is a piece of foam glued inside the wing to presumably stop water from entering the airbox. Part of this foam was loose and must have been getting sucked into the intake tube when the engine revs increased. I removed the offending item and it runs again like new. I can only assume the more revs added the more strung out the foam becomes hence why the revs increased again. At low revs it must have acted like a restrictor valve. On closer inspection of the air filter it was bowed up again indicating a restriction on the intake as the engine tried to gasp for air.

Thanks to Boohoo for reading through the workshop manual, resetting ECU and FUEL pump MAY help in cutting down on that horrible tapping noise that the D40 suffers from.
Ive carryed out this reset and the engine is alot smoother, more responsive, less smokey and alot less tappy.

To carry out the reset carry out the following

Turn ingnition on so all dash lights come on.

Wait 3 seconds

PUMP accelerator pedel 5 times within 5 seconds....

with foot now OFF accelerator wait 7 seconds...

After 7 seconds press and hold down accelerator pedel for 10 seconds...

Atfer 10 seconds the Engine Managment Light will start to flash, at this point remove foot from accelerator.

the Nav is now in diag mode, so let the EML flash for a bit. the press and hold the acclerator pedel down for more than 10 seconds..this will then reset ECU and fuel pump etc......and put them into learning mode.

NOTE: When the EML light is flashing, this is listing possible fault codes... so if you know how to read the fault codes or know the sequences then you can figure out any possible faults with your Nav with out getting the dealer to do it!!
