The BMW M6 is a car that abandons the M division's historically precise and nimble philosophy for a more heavy-handed approach. When you have more than 500 hp and just as much torque at your disposal, that's not necessarily a bad thing.
Based on the 2014 BMW 6 Series, the M6 is offered in three body styles including coupe, convertible, and four-door Gran Coupe models. All are equipped with a twin-turbo 4.4-liter V-8 producing 560 hp and 500 lb-ft of torque mated to seven-speed dual-clutch transmission with steering wheel-mounted paddle shifters, or a six-speed manual as a no-cost option. All 2014 BMW M6 models feature start-stop capability and regenerative braking
