Good luck. I have had the same problem of water accumulation in the front passenger footwell. We have had the cassette replaced twice, so far, and have had the vehicle in four times for this problem (one attempted fix was to reattach the drain tubes and the last attempted fix was to clear blockage of the drain holes). The water runs down the a-pillar.

I have found that the problem is most likely to occur with the car is parked on a downhill slope during a rain storm. I don't know if you can recall if that was the orientation of you vehicle prior to your discovery of the water intrusion.
